Rules To Enter for the Door Prize:  Must view each of my three listings noted above on Tuesday, August 4th and sign in with using the Suprae lockbox at each location, between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.  The properties are vacant and so be certain to use the lock box individually.  Please insure that the premises of each have the lights and fans turned off and the access doors locked and the key replaced in the Suprae key lockbox.  All entries will be based on individual electronic registering on the Suprae security system. Not responsible should you enter with a group and not sign in using the lockbox access with your coded key or smart phone key.  Drawing will be made after two days, to allow all broker/agents entering and viewing with or without buyer clients (only the broker/agents are eligible for the prize drawing).  Allowing 2 days to insure that receipt of all entering is updated and included in those entering is completed by the Suprae system.  ONLY those on the system as registered as entering will be used to determine those eligible for the drawing and must enter within the required time of 8 am to 9 pm and must have entered and viewed each of the three listings in order to be counted for the drawing.  No double viewings by the same broker/agent will be counted towards being eligible for the qualified entries for the drawing.  View all three with entering via use of the lockbox to register on the CAAR Suprae System, in any order between the time period on Tuesday, August 4, 2015.  Must view all 3 listings and entering with use of access of the lockboxes in order to be considered in the drawing.  So it is that easy, the listings are all vacant and easy to access with CAAR lockbox.  Great time to have a chance to win this beautiful gift for you, your wife, your daughter, your sweetheart or friend!  Contact Steve King with any questions at 434-825-5019.  Those viewing the property during this time period entry will be notified of the winner on the third day or day of drawing or within 24 hours if an emergency arises.  Drawing will be made using a numbering system to identify the individual broker/agent from the Suprae Showing report for each of the properties, such number will be assigned to only those agents that are registered on the Suprae Showings for each of the three listings. Those numbers will be placed on a sheet of paper and a blind drawing will be made by a third party (non-broker/agent) and witnessed by myself and at least one other non-broker/agent third party in the drawing.  No minimum of eligible brokers/agents are needed for the drawing.  If you are the only agent completing the viewing of all three listings, in any order during the prescribed date and time periods, you would be an automatic winner! NOTE:  If any of the listing properties are found to have any access doors to the premises and/or lights left on, following the last registered entry on the CAAR Suprae Showing system during this time period for eligibility, that broker/agent will become disqualified from the drawing, regardless of the registered viewings of the other properties.  Your feedback will be appreciated after your viewings.

 

NOTE:  Please insure that your shoes are clean and do not track into the homes while viewing, I should have boot covers at each location in case it rains, etc. to assist in keeping those viewing from tracking onto the floors.  No warranties or guarantees are made regarding the prize, but believed to be as represented, but is not available for return for cash equivalent.   If any of the listings come under contract prior to the event and is posted on the MLS as such, you will not be required to view that particular listing to still be eligible for the drawing.
